For over ten years, I have traveled the world to various paddling venues.
Initially as an athlete, I had the opportunity to tour the globe and compete against the best in the sport.
I have lived in South Africa, Australia, Europe, and the Caribbean to train with top international athletes, expose
myself to different training styles, and strive to optimize my performances.
After ending my career, I moved to the other side of the stopwatch, to pass on what I have learned and developed to the new generation.
I became a coach for the Australian Sprint Kayak Team, where I was able to apply all the experiences and knowledge accumulated during my 10 years at the elite level.
I have developed a deep knowledge of physiology, biomechanics, psychology and mental preparation, essential to performance.
Under my guidance, the australians athletes acheived outstanding results, winning many international medals and constantly improving their performances.
During my career, I learned how to master my preparation and performance peaks to build a nice track record:
3 European Championship medals, one title.
World Championship Bronze medal.
Many podiums and titles on the French Championship and other international competitions.
My brother Hector falls in my arms after crossing the finish line first, becoming the new European Champion. The crown remains in the family.
